I took this picture while driving toward Sacramento on US 50 on the afternoon of September 18, 2004.

I don’t normally raise an eyebrow about things out here since I’m still new to the People’s Republic of California and I’m doing my best to understand the folks out here on “the Left Coast”. But this license plate just threw me for a loop.

Why would you have that on a custom license plate?
