ODBC_SQLParamData
The ODBC_SQLParamData command is used in conjunction with ODBC_SQLPutData to supply parameter data at statement execution time. stmtID is a valid statement ID returned by ODBC_SQLAllocStmt. valuePtr is equal to paramValPtr passed to ODBC_SQLBindParameter (for parameter data) or targetValuePtr passed to ODBC_SQLBindCol (for column data).
